Section 5: Shipping & Delivery Policy

5.1 Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across select sectors in Noida and Jaypee Wishtown through in-house delivery and third-party partners (Zomato/Swiggy).
5.2 Delivery Timelines:

  • Minimum Delivery Time: 45 minutes from order confirmation.
  • Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 3 hours, depending on product availability and location.
  • Pre-orders and Custom Cakes: Require 24 to 48 hours’ notice.
    5.3 Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak hours, festivals, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
    5.4 Delivery will be attempted only once to the provided address. If undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order will be considered completed and non-refundable.
    5.5 Deliveries are not made on national holidays or during curfews, natural calamities, or government restrictions. In such cases, delivery will be rescheduled.
    5.6 Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
    5.7 We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or delivery partners.
