We take pride in crafting fresh, high-quality bakery products for every customer. As our items are made-to-order and perishable, please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled as we begin preparation immediately after confirmation.
1.2 For pre-orders or scheduled deliveries, cancellation requests made within 1 hour of placing the order may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting info@beanbaker.com.
1.3 Bean Baker reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Product unavailability or quality concerns.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
  • Payment authorization failure.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Due to the perishable nature of bakery products, refunds will be provided only in the following situations:

  • Incorrect item delivered.
  • Damaged or spoiled product (must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence).
  • Non-delivery due to Bean Baker’s error.

2.2 Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Late delivery due to uncontrollable factors (traffic, weather, or third-party delay).
  • Taste preferences or subjective quality opinions.
  • Orders where delivery was attempted but unsuccessful due to wrong address or recipient unavailability.

2.3 Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement of the same product or an equivalent item of equal value, subject to availability.

4. Delivery Rescheduling

Orders cannot be rescheduled once confirmed. In exceptional cases (e.g., severe weather or technical issues), Bean Baker may reschedule at its discretion.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes related to refunds, cancellations, or payments shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
